Sweet Job: Outdoor Youth Ambassador with Sierra Club
Because many of you are looking for a job — or, if you’re already working, likely keeping your eyes open for a better job — we occasionally feature what we like to call Sweet Jobs, or gigs that rock for whatever reason.
This week’s pick:
Dubbed “the best internship on earth,” the Outdoor Youth Ambassador is a paid summer internship that takes interns across the country on hiking, rafting and exploring adventures. All travel expenses are covered, plus interns get $2,000 in gear from The North Face company.
Sounds pretty sweet, right?
If you’re a recent grad or current student over the age of 18 and this adventurous internship sounds like a dream come true, create a 60-90 second video that showcases your love for the great outdoors and explains why you want to be Sierra Club’s 2012 Outdoor Youth Ambassador.
Applications must be submitted by March 27. After that, recruit your friends and family to vote for your video. If yours is a top-voted video, you could be on your way to the internship of a lifetime!
