So, You Want to Be an Entrepreneur?

Here’s a little bit of TMI from my personal life: both of my parents are entrepreneurs. They run their own businesses, and they’re both incredibly good at their jobs.

In many ways, I’m indebted to them for teaching me what it means to be an entrepreneur. There are a lot of life lessons I’ve picked up from watching their successes and their failures over the years, and for this I am grateful.

The ultimate result of being raised in this environment is that now I want to do it also.

I want to be an entrepreneur. And you might as well. We get that. In fact, Brazen is a community full of individuals who are just like you and me. We have ideas about how to make improvements to processes and products. We manage side-hustles, not because we’re unhappy in our current jobs, but because we love the thrill of owning our own interests. We’re attracted to the start-up lifestyle, and are constantly testing our ideas.

So, you want to be an entrepreneur. That’s great, because entrepreneurs are the most critical engine for the American economy.

Today, I am pleased to announce that we will be hosting a series of events specifically designed for entrepreneurs at the beginning & middle stages of their journey.

On Tuesday, May 17, at 8:00pm ET (5:00pm PT), we’re hosting Jonathan Kay, Grasshopper Group’s Ambassador of Buzz Marketing. Jonathan will speak about his journey, and present a methodology for inexpensively testing an entrepreneurial concept or idea. Register here to reserve your slot!
