Good advice and well written article. I
Just hope all turned out well in the end. I lost a dream position early on in
my career and was in total disperse, but only until I actually left my post. The
moment I actually found myself un-employed my true intuitions and
determinations came into play. I managed to find another position just as good
but with better colleagues and prospects. It’s amazing what you can achieve
when your back is against the wall. Plus that fear of losing a job has never
been as daunting again. You will survive, just keep your chin up and deal with
it.

One thing that I have found is that if you are dealing with the public (customer service position, nursing, retail) is to completely focus on your client and how you can help him or her. Assisting others and trying to bring smiles to their faces has helped me get through the week during some very rough times.

This is a well timed article. You can get through anything on a Friday! Just keep telling yourself your time is winding down until you have two days to yourself. Organization is a key point, however, just make a list of what needs done, complete the tasks, and you will start to fell better as time winds down and the list gets shorter and shorter.
