I can’t believe SEOClerks.com ( http://www.seoclerks.com/categories/Article-Writing ) is not on this list. It’s a great site for authors with 80% revenue sharing.

Great tips indeed! I especially agree with your last thought. I have a first hand experience in this as my own blog QueensQuill.com has got me at-least four decent paying gigs in just 8 months (my blog’s age) if not too many. Your blog is like a resume, sample, and a virtual office! Potential gigs come to you rather than you finding them. That makes a huge difference. And I personally follow tips by Carol Tice, she is just wonderful!

Awesome places that you listed in the given blog for finding blogging gigs that pay!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the stated article, infact if a freelancer keeps this entire relative points in mind he can be highly successful in a freelance environment.

I myself work for 99hours.com so I do know all the above listed points are very necessary to oblige while working.

Cheers!

Thank you for the great tips, Tom! It’s easy to find a ton of blogging gigs that don’t pay at all, but when it comes to a well-paid gig, many bloggers seem to experience some turbulence. Bloggers should also search niche job boards to look for the latest blogging opportunities for the sectors they’re interested in.

Thanks, Tom, for the vote of confidence. I’m sure PeoplePerHour will be proud, too. I’ve used almost all of these places to find work, and I’m still growing my list of better-paid blogging gigs with new leads every week!

The truth is that the last tip will actually help you get the highest paying jobs. People are NOT really interested in trying out new hands. They want tested hands and are ready to pay top dollar for it. A thriving blog is one good way to prove your worth to potential clients.
