1 (Be Brief)
John, following up to our conversation on social media marketing. (the introductions are not necessary; violates rule 1)

2. (Be helpful)
* (proposing logistics’ options to getting together is not helpful; figuring out where to drink coffee is easy)
* (where’s the bottom line for the meeting? I.e., what’s the purpose of wanting to talk more on social media marketing?)
* (You may be wasting my time depending on what you want to discuss…and I may not want to meet with you based on the purpose of your meeting…

3. (Be conversational)
(not required; violates rule 1)

This is not how you write a less sucky, bottom-line up front, precision communication e-mail!

Excellent the 3 rules. I used these tips in my work ” postos de gasolina a venda” and applied that site> http://www.postoavenda.com. Got great success. Recommend this article
