After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Sociology, I took the time to hone my culinary skills making hamburgers so that I could demonstrate relevant expertise for my chosen field as an employee of Wendy's.

Replace "Sociology" with any liberal arts major and "Wendy's" with any fast food chain. Or, replace your sociology degree with STEM or finance, and kick the fry kids in the posterior.

Good set of questions that an unemployed person should definitely prepare for. I would add to #4--how time off affected you as a worker/leader--that how to answer it should include something about recognizing how you thrive in a work environment and how you've used the time off to hone/clarify your personal mission and commitment to making a difference in your chosen field. Of course, this is also how you should be using that time off so you can answer honestly. .
