This is clear and really inspiring Alexis. Great organization too. Thank you.
Your personal style in describing exactly what you want from your guest writers is very encouraging!
As you say, being relevant and writing with your audience in mind is essential.
These days personal creativity and taking risks is central in the process of finding a job or changing careers. More than ever, you're responsible for your own success. I believe you create your own job destiny...create your own 'luck' if you will, with the right mind and heartset.
Innovation, boldness and confidence are crucial to have stirring around in you as you build a resume, write a cover letter and step into interviews.
You can't follow the 'job herd'. It's exactly what you express in your goals at Brazen Life...'Be different - more exciting - forward-looking and outside-the-box.' I love that!
As a Career and Life Coach I work with lots of people including Gen Y's who 'lock themselves down' as the look for work because --
1. They don't know what the want to do with their lives.
2. They have too much fear and doubt to even TRY!
The 'I Can't do that'...runs them.
My mission is to get rid of the 'I can't' and enable people to say -- 'This is what I really want and I'm going after it.' That kind of awareness and confidence and motivation is what companies and hiring managers are looking for. It's so attractive and makes for great success at work.
Thank you for pushing all the right button with me.
I look forward to reading and learning much more.
My very best - Michael
