am ina cross road on this. Currently not feeling the company..I struggle to do my task.. am currently looking out for other offers and doing some freelance jobs on the side. I keep having the feeling that I need to be somewhere else and doing something else not the regular here in the office..I have tried to cheer myself up and put up a possitive mindset but that last just for two days and am back..

Sad moment. However after work I feel relieve and can go about doing my personal stuff cheerfully..Need some wise words here.. thanks.

#3 is terrible advice. Just because you process information differently than your boss doesn't mean you should try to "change yourself". You should just show you're an effective employee doing things the way YOU do them.
