I was just about to delete my subscription to this newsletter. Then I watched these videos. I have to say Simon Sinek and Jason Fried left me with some strong take-aways. I was nodding my head and agreeing to everything they mentioned. Thank you!

These are all great! As someone who would love to be an author some day I found Porochista Khakpour’s advice very inspiring – and true!

Jason Fried video had me cheering inside. If I see one more sticky note phone message that says “Joe Schmoe called. Let’s talk” – I might go completely bananas.

I didn’t have a chance to watch all of these yet, but I’ll be back later. I jumped to #5 and it’s SO AWESOME I almost choked on my coffee. I couldn’t agree more.

That video from Ed Norton was awesome. Everyone – except the truly arrogant, I guess – doubts their abilities, ideas, or even knowledge when starting a new product or business. I think if you lose that fear, that terror as he calls it, you’ve lost your critical thinking ability. You should have doubt, you should be critical of yourself, you should put your ideas through the ringer. As long as you’re aware of and at peace with the resulting apprehension, you can keep churning out those solid ideas.
