The biggest benefit that Brazen Careerist provides is the ability to meet and connect with other young professionals from all over the world. Making those connections and continuing the relationship both on the site and off, can lead to new jobs, new businesses and even new friendships. We just released two new features that make it easier for you to make these connections; top users and popular groups.
The top user’s page features the most active users on the site. As a Brazen Careerist member, the more you network, share ideas and bring value to the conversation, the more valuable you become to other members on the site. With the release of this feature, active users are now rewarded for the value they provide, and other members can easily find and connect with these people to grow their network and learn how they can use Brazen Careerist to build their personal networks.
The other feature we rolled out is popular groups. The active groups with the most members will be featured on this page. Participating in groups is the best way to build your personal brand and grow your network on Brazen Careerist, but because there are so many groups, it can be tough to find the right ones for you. Now, you can glance at our most popular groups, join the ones you’re interested in and ignore the ones you’re not; without wasting your time on the inactive groups.
We hope these new pages will give the site even more depth and more engagement. If you start to notice more people becoming your fan, you’re probably one of our featured top users! If you’re not a top user, but think you have what it takes, send a private message to one of our community managers, Ryan Paugh or James Moreau.
Also, if you have a group that you think can rival the likes of Social Media Marketers, Nonprofiteers or Personal Development, connect with James or Ryan to learn how you can grow your group membership.
